These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DailyLoop mobile application ("the app"), operated by Skylab. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1 Use of the app
DailyLoop lets you create habits and tasks, check in daily, view streaks and statistics, and set reminders. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own lawful purposes.
2 Eligibility & account
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3 Your content
The habits, tasks, notes and other content you create belong to you. You are responsible for it, and you grant us the limited rights needed to store and sync it so the app works across your devices.
4 Advertisements
The app is free and supported by advertising, including ads provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. By using the app you acknowledge that ads are part of the experience. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
5 Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the app or its services.
- Do not interfere with, manipulate or attempt to defraud the advertising in the app.
6 Intellectual property
The app, its design, branding and content (other than your own content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the app without our permission.
7 Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will always be available.
8 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
9 Changes to the app and Terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling it.
11 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
