This Privacy Policy explains how DailyLoop ("the app", "we", "us"), operated by Skylab, handles information when you use our mobile application. By using the app, you agree to this Policy.
1 Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile info from that provider.
- Your content. The habits, tasks, check-ins, reminders and any optional profile photo you add are saved to your account so they sync across your devices.
- Advertising & device data. To show ads, your device's advertising identifier and basic device information may be collected (see "Advertising" below).
2 Advertising
The app is supported by ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect and use data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address and ad-interaction data, and may use it for personalized or non-personalized advertising.
You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Android → Settings → Google → Ads; iOS → Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
3 Notifications & reminders
With your permission, we send habit and task reminders, including optional full-screen, call-style alerts. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
4 How we use information
- To provide your account and sync your habits, tasks and progress.
- To send reminders you have enabled.
- To display ads that help keep the app free.
- To provide support and respond to your questions.
- To diagnose problems and improve the app.
5 Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
6 Your choices & rights
- Edit your profile and habits anytime in the app.
- Delete your account and associated data from Settings or by contacting us.
- Reset or limit ad personalization via your device's advertising settings.
- Disable notifications in your device settings.
7 Account & data deletion
You can permanently delete your account directly in the app at any time:
- Open Settings → Delete Account and confirm in the dialog that appears.
- Prefer not to use the app? Email us at mndhelpcenter@gmail.com and we will delete your account for you.
Deleting your account is immediate and permanent. It removes your account login along with all associated data, including your profile, habits, tasks, check-ins, reminders and profile photo. This action cannot be undone, and deleted data cannot be recovered. Locally cached data on your device is cleared as part of the same process.
8 Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
